The Commsoft Servicedesk is a web based application which allows our clients to communicate with us to report any issues they face in using the software and also to ask for general support such as asking advice and making suggestions for product improvements 

The servicedsk is available 24 hours a day and is constantly monitored by our support teams around the globe. It provides for speedy resolution of all our clients issues and has the added benefit of being an interactive tool where clients can be in dialogue with the Support Team and also monitor the progress of their cases.
